Once you have
decided to book with us it is very simple:
- It is
important that you read the booking conditions before you make a
payment.
- You can
book our services for arrival or departure, or return
journeys.
- Just
complete the enquiry form on our website and email it directly to us
and then make payment to our paypal account.
- Once we
have received your request, we will make the booking for you and
when we receive full payment we will reconfirm it to you by
email.
- Along with our
confirmation/invoice, you will also receive instructions on
how you will be met by our representative at the point of
arrival (airport, harbour, accommodation etc).
- On our
confirmation/invoice you will also find full analysis of what
you have booked with us. Please check all details on our
confirmation/invoice and make sure that everything is correct.
- Our
vehicles
can carry up to four passengers (unless otherwise stated on
our confirmation/ invoice).
- For
luggage it is the same policy as airlines with our
transfers. One piece of luggage or holdall and one small piece
of hand luggage per person. It is at the discretion of the driver if any
additional luggage will be carried, and if there will be a further charge
for this excess baggage.
- Please
see our journey times so you can get an idea of the time it
will take you to arrive at your accommodation.
- Our
representative will be meeting you on arrival holding a board
displaying your name and will show you to
your vehicle.
- You can
book our services at any time. We are at your
service and last minute bookings are not a problem to us.
- Please be
assured that your
money is safe as your booking is placed with a Fully Bonded Travel Agency.
